Hope you enjoy these simple Molasses Chip Cookies.
Mix:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
Add:
2 1/4 c flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
Stir in 1/2 a bag of white chocolate chips. Make 1 1/2 inch balls, roll in sugar, and then bake at 375 for 8-9 mins. Cool on cookie racks and then store in a tupperware to preserve softness. Sit down with an ice cold glass of milk and enjoy.
